I go under the name of Hunter Emkay, or just Michelle. There is another pen name too, but a girl’s gotta have some secrets, right?
Contact Michelle:
- Hunter loves comments on the blog.
- Or Hunter just loves some emails.
- Social Media links are found in the sidebar.
The Bio:
Hunter Emkay (or Michelle) had an idyllic childhood in small-town New Zealand, then moved to the big smoke cities of her home country and the U.K. to work for many years in corporate I.T. She returned back down-under a few years ago, for some much needed quiet (so she thought) but all that suburban madness drove her to kill people in her fiction. Having gotten rid of those issues through thriller fiction, she moved onto spec fiction and young adult. A few people still get killed in there, but she’s much calmer now.
Today Hunter shares her fictional and real life with a small family of people, and a large family of animals, and writes to the sounds of kookaburras and cockatoos, grunting frisky ‘possums and occasionally accompanied by a bandicoot or echidna. But thankfully, never a kangaroo.
